39th Annual KC’s Game Feed

The Minot’s Ledge chapter of Ducks Unlimited held their 39th Annual KC’s Game Feed at the Scituate Rod & Gun. The largest crowd ever to attend the event enjoyed spit-roasted wild hog, shrimp, oysters, fish and chips, goose, venison, duck and much more.¬† They did a great job putting on fun challenges such as duck calling contests and beef jerky contests. Over $24,000 was raised for conservation efforts for Duck’s Unlimited as well as to purchase 50 acres for wildlife in perpetuity. Sounds like it was a truly successful day for everyone, especially if you won some of the great gear being raffled off.¬†
